Monies Accepted: We use PayPal's online service for credit card payments. This allows you to charge your order using one of the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover, or your bank account. Click on the PayPal logo to find out more about using PayPal for your web purchases. Please note that a PayPal account is not required to use their service.

The shopping cart will direct you to PayPal's secure payment processor and will notify us when your payment has processed.

International Orders other than orders for packets will be invoiced using PayPal's invoicing feature.

Shipping: We ship via USPO Priority Mail or UPS within the United States.

• Shipping charges are based on actual costs.
• Shipping charges are subject to change without notification.
• Domestic Orders for Packets ONLY are based on the quanitity ordered using the table on the left. International Orders for Packets ONLY are based on the quanitity ordered using the table on the right:

• Domestic Shipping Charges are based on your order's total using the following table:

• All other Countries are shipped via Airmail freight at actual cost plus a $7.00 minimum for handling and will be invoiced using PayPal's invoicing feature with the freight and handling fee added.
• If you have special shipping requests please state them in the comments section when ordering.
• Every attempt will be made to ship your order as quickly as possible. The exception would be if Mary Jo were out of town or teaching a seminar.

Damaged items must be reported immediately. A determination will be made as to whether they may be returned for replacement or credit.

Returns: No returns accepted or refunds given for books, packets, videos, DVDs, or wood.
